  5. 5. CASE STUDY - EVENT SERVICES SPONSORSHIP & ADVERTISING COORDINATION The founder of Our Image Greeting Cards Inc. and Executive Producer of the Power of Expression Art Auction. She was committed to making black artwork accessible in all forms - from greeting cards to canvas - and was launching her 5th annual event at The Liberty Grand. Every year she strived to create an even more impressive event and recruited other professionals to help generate interest and sponsors for the event. She hired Ruby Bloom to create the sponsorship materials. We reviewed some of the artists work for inspiration and interviewed Jacqueline to get a sense of what the ad rate card should include. We transferred some content from her other marketing materials to describe the event and created a profile of attendees to educate potential sponsors. Ruby Bloom created a piece that provided function with the rates and contact info clearly listed; education for those unaware of the event; a showcase of one of the artist's work and beauty in it's layout and simplicity. Printing the cards on 8 1/2 x 11, full-colour card stock was an eye-catching leave-behind for potential sponsors.
