WPA in its simplest form means business groups now have a choice in their officing solutions. The ongoing support of these elements would in fact look upstream to policies which will define strategic direction for new operating processes being developed, including areas which should be addressed in the parallel initiative of refreshing the Puget Sound Design Guidelines.
Work Orders are submitted to RE&F through several systems and are channeled to the receiving Help Desks. The Help Desks scripts for Work Requests have been updated to support the new WPA elements such as office demountable wall systems, HVAC requests for Access Flooring, thereby allowing effective processing to the appropriate RE&F owners supporting these services.
