This education includes trainings about AIESEC knowledge, basic and advanced functional knowledge, GCPs and experienced AIESECers sharing. • Duration: 9-14.09.13, Mon-Wed 3 pm-7pm, Thur-Sat 4pm-7pm. • Obligations: LC members and leaders are obligated to attend functional trainings of their functional areas. Special guest #2 Full AIESEC experience perspective Explanation: Integrity experience. MCP (=leader's position) is not the last opportunity, not the last step and not complete experience in AIESEC. AIESEC internship. (Why is integrity experience important for 1 AIESECer, how internship changes your AIESEC perspective). Special guest #3 Сomplexity of AIESEC experience Explanation: AIESEC experience provides all the levels of management, different work structures, different work conditions, different team&lead experiences, different challenges. AIESEC is a complex ofdifferent work ways, through which you can get maximum experience and develop yourself in different spheres.

This person lives with AIESEC values and made social event out of the AIESEC. Special guest #5 Step by step Explanation: Which steps do you need to make for building something from the beginning and to make sure that it will work. Which challenges you'll have; how to make plans and ensure that they'll work, smart crisis management, plans A, B, C. How this challenge helped you to take the one of the highest AIESEC positions.

  13. 13. Application and questionnaire form https://podio.com/webforms/5335609/418302 Questionnaire shows members' knowledge. VPs TM together with members decide which trainings each person should attend according to questionnaire results and VP+personal assessment. Each member can attend any session. Some sessions are required for some groups of members (check the page #1). In application each member should choose all the sessions he wants to attend.
