Mr. Toohey was the environmental, safety and health manager for a heavy equipment manufacturer with 1,000
employees. During his tenure he implemented a process that reduced the company's incident rate by 66 percent and
the lost-time rate by 75 percent. His location won his companies top safety award, and in 2008 won the Evergreen
Safety Council annual safety excellence award.

Mr. Toohey was the safety and quality manager at a large window and door manufacturer. In this post, he was
instrumental in reducing the company's local injury rate by 50 percent within one year and an additional 20 percent
within the next two years. This resulted in reducing workman compensation and injury-related costs by $400,000 in a
three-year period. Mr. Toohey also developed a local safety model that was adopted by the company's other
