Doing P90X af ter INSANITY, or doing the P90X INSANITYHybrid, you will EXPLODE your results to new heights.For my ladies out there, P90X is recommended here if you don’t want to have REALLYbulky muscles. The second option below can give you the bulkier look if that is what youare af ter. I f eel as though I’m stretching the tinman when I’m warming up!! So, there are a f ew programs you can look at when deciding toimprove your f lexibility:P90X - With the X Stretch and Yoga X workouts integrated into a f ull body f itnessprogram, your f lexibility will improve incredibly!P90X2 – Same as P90X, only f ocuses on athletic perf ormance with balance. What to do After INSANITY to Maintain Optimal HealthThere are a f ew programs that I suggest f or those who are coming of f of INSANITYwanting to maintain optimal health. If you aren’t interested in building muscle or increasingathletic perf ormance, this is f or you! Now, I will conf idently say that P90X and Asylum willhelp, but they are on the upper edge of the maintenance goal, mainly because it isstronger than a program that will simply maintain f or you.TurboFire - a little less intense than INSANITY, but a great edge with HIIT (HighIntensity Interval Training). Chalean Johnson, trainer f or TurboFire, is motivatingand very inspirational as well, which will keep you excited to maintain your awesomeINSANITY results that you worked hard f or over the last 60 days!Les Mills Combat – I recommend this one because af ter INSANITY it is a beautif ulcompliment in my opinion. Using combat training with amazing music and energetictrainers, you will never look at a workout program like this the same again. If youhave heard about Les Mills Pump classes, this is a product of those trainers whocreated the product f or Beachbody, the Body Pump courses, and now thisawesome program.
