Sumitomo Forestry – Code of conduct (de klant staat centraal) <ul><li>Model houses (located in residential areas or in specially designated parks) can be visited by potential customers or even be rented by groups for community meetings, conversation classes, or cooking courses. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>2. After the customer declares his/her serious interest, an application fee of approximately 350 euro is asked, after which an expert team is assembled. This team comprises of experts in sales, design and interior. This team gathers information through discussions with the customer concerning exterior, overall layout, and interior. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>3. Before closing the contract, a meticulous survey i s conducted of the site so an optimal plan can be proposed. The survey includes inspection of the ground, measurements, legal requirements, surrounding conditions etc. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>4. Next, the dedicated team determines the course for building the house. On average, the plan is revised three to five times before the customer’s consent is given and a construction contract is closed. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>5. Following closing of the contract, the customer is invited (once more) to the sample home gallery and detailed discussions regarding fixtures and fittings, lighting and other features, take place. Designs are made and sent to the factory. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>6. Prior to the start of construction, the superintendent visits the site to prepare advance measures to deal with every possible problem (including parking spaces for construction vehicles and possible inconveniences for neighbours). An internet site is provided for the customers to check the progress of construction at home. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>7. A complete after sales support service is developed to build a further relationship with the customer, this includes: 24/7, 365 days a year and a 60-year long-term support system (including regular inspections).
