SAFE MONEY MAKING ONLINE! Making money on line seems like a myth, but after a few months of research, reading till I fell asleep at the computer, and indirect answers from most websites I could find it became clear that it is possible to make money on the web. The list of web thieves, scam sites, and schemers looking to separate you from your hard earned money is massive! So many junk emails and websites available in searches literally scream to you that you can make hundreds to thousands of dollars over night. Just remember- IF IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS!!!!! This website is what I have found afters weeks of online digging, countless searches, compiling a mountain of notes and choking my favorites list with web pages to which I can now hardly remember why I saved a lot of them. My hope is that all of my frustration, notes and trial and error may help you make some extra money for sitting at your computer in your free time. Just keep in mind- This site is my experience and learning curve compiled to create some extra cash in a time when I was seeking a fast miracle to losing a job. What I have found is not a "get rich quick" scheme, but a rather slow and deliberate way to generate income while sitting at home. (which now is only after work in my spare time). I can now see that in the future my research and diligence will offer me some extra income, it started out as mere pennies a day! So delete those junk emails promising wealth untold, bookmark my page and follow in my footsteps using the links included in my site. I have done the hardest and most time consuming part, and now hope to help others not only keep their hard earned money in their pocket, but add to it as well.
Among these pages you will find links to sites I use to make money, along with scam sites to avoid and pointers I have learned on how to make the most out of your web time. This is a work in progress, so check back often for updated information, new links, and to follow my ever changing learning curve of what works and doesn't work. I am by no means a pro at this, but I hope my school of hard knocks lessons will save you some of the same! Everybody has seen that "Redneck" guy in the store parking lot wearing torn and worn out jeans,t-shirt, ball cap and work boots loading groceries into a rusty muddy 4x4 with a bed full of tools and fishing gear. Yep that's me. Raised in a farming community most would call me the true definition of a Redneck. Can't say I don't like it, it is who I am, but oh how life can change a man! Today the Redneck can only be seen on the weekends, during the week it is business attire and a nice car. Not because of riches made on the web, that I am still working on, but because of my career path! My point in telling you this- if a back woods guy who thinks a man is only is as good as his word and a hand shake is as good as a legal document can learn to use the web successfully in a virtual world of thieves and scammers, then anyone can do it! I don't hide my heritage,or my lack of knowledge on current technology, but I am learning to be successful in areas I didn't think I could grasp! it takes time and patients (or if you are like me, no patients then a lot of frustration and some money lost!) Why have a website with free information for the world you ask? Well someone out there has to stand against those who are only out to scam normal people of their money!
Online Banking This is a must have for making money on the web. Most companies will not send you a paper check, and require you to have an online bank in order to get paid. This list of online banks I compiled in my searches for my needs. What I have found is that no one web bank will take care of all your needs. One important thing to remember is not all banks are accepted by any one website. Be prepared to have multiple online accounts! PAYPAL- Probably the most recognized name in online banking. They are a part of Ebay, and can be used pretty widely around the web. This one is a definate must have! A lot of the sites I use will pay by Paypal. It is important to note that Paypal has one of the strictest guidelines for who they will deal with. They are finicky and tolerate no questionable banking. What this means for a user, your money is pretty safe here, but If on complaint comes in from say an Ebay user you have sold something to, be prepared for a lock down of your account and be ready to justify your actions and the transaction. In short- know as best you can who you are dealing with when making transactions through paypal. Through them, you can link to a credit card and brick and mortar bank account, as well as get a Paypal visa card to make it very easy to access your money. ALERT PAY- Similar to Paypal, but less strict ethical codes. They are a popular choice for working with many sites around the net that don't wish to deal with Paypal. This one is a must have Solid Trust Pay - Similar to Alert pay, and just as useful, but not as widely used in my experiences across the net. A good option to have though since some sights use them as an only option. Can't hurt to have an account open and waiting for you if you need it in the future! STORM PAY - I wouldn't bother as they are no longer very useful.
WEBMONEY- T his is a more international way of banking, so I do not use this account heavily but find it useful when transfering money between some accounts, Since not all banking needs are as simple as going from one account to another, I use this account as a "middle man" of sorts. More details on this can be found here . Some websites do use them to pay you. LIBERTY RESERVE - Consider this an "off shore account". You will be banking out of the country with this one, and it is widely used on the PTC, PTP, PTS, and HYIP sites. With this account you can use US dollars or Euro. This account is not as simple as the above, and you need to take the time to know the security measures, and follow them closely! Voice of experience here- not having your security set right will lead to an empty account if you are not careful! I lost some money that way, so don't rush through the account setup and move on, take the time to learn the system! Unlike paypal, there is no one to complain to or settle a dispute- your money will simply be gone! It is also important to note that you have to use specific ways to add or withdraw funds if you want to get money into your brick and mortar bank. It is not simple or quick, as it can take days. So don't plan on using this money in the real world for an emergency. PERFECT MONEY - Another offshore type of account. I personally think this one is more secure, and more user freindly than Liberty Reserve, and while growing in popularity it is still not as widely used as LR. They also have no easy and quick way to transfer funds to or from your brick and mortar bank. but they do offer to put your funds on a pre-paid debit card and send it to you. Keep this in mind. While there are other online banks out there, these are the ones I have had experience with, and other than Storm Pay- still use. The best way to know your needs is to find sites you want to "work" for/with and see what they use for banking. Most have multiple options, so you can choose. Just remember to keep detailed notes for each bank somewhere safe so you are not relying on your memory to access each account!
Assemble Products at Home I have not yet committed to any of this type of work. I have searched and searched for reputable companies, and while I have come across some people who say they make money this way, I have found more people saying that these companies are extremely picky on the end product and people have wound up with a lot of "rejected" products they have to try to sell on their own. At this time I don't think this direction is one I wish to follow. If you consider this, do lots of research. find a company, then Google every word combination you can think of with the company name in it such as - Complaints against ***** company, etc. to get a good idea of how people who have or are working for them feel about the company. These companies often require you to pay something up front to get their starter packs. I have chosen a path of no money up front for anything., so I didn't consider this option for long.
Paid for Surveys Here is a decent way to make some money. No out of pocket expense, and a fair amount of reliable companies to chose from. One must still be careful though as there are companies out there that will try to get you to fill out online offers as well- say for a free laptop (I am sure you have seen these types of ads in your junk mail) or for pay, but some of those offers you actually have to sign up for something. Like a Rhapsody account, Direct Tv, etc. . Meaning you have out of pocket expense and if you don't want the service canceling it before they initiate a monthly fee on the credit card they required of you during your sign up. So if you go that route keep good notes on when you signed up for something, and cancel before the trial period is over. I am also not sure about the legality of all that. It does not sound ethical to me anyway. Just watch out for those. Now back to Survey sights........ Surveys are a good way to make some cash, but be warned- if you don't like answering a lot of questions all the time, it may not be your best avenue. I get bored quickly with these as my brain tends to wander. The other downfall I have found frustrating- you may answer 5-10 questions just to be told you don't qualify for the survey. One the bright side of that most of these sites have contests for cash that you get an entry into if you don't qualify for a survey, so doing a lot of surveys will either get you paid something for completing it, or get you higher numbers of entries for a cash prize. Just like everything else, it is a numbers game. The greater number of entries- the greater your chances, or the greater number of completed surveys the more you make. One more important note about survey sites- you may get flooded with junk mail from similar sites, I set up a new email account for these sites so I could stop the flow of junk mail to my primary account!
GLOBAL TEST MARKET - A pretty reliable company with good if not sometimes lengthy surveys. The minimum cash out is 1000 points, which equals $50 US. They will actually mail you a check, but it can take a couple of months to get it. It can also take several months to reach the 1000 pt cash out. But they are a reputable company. Remember I said my online money ventures was not a fast ticket to cash? Keep patients my friend- good things do come to those who are diligent! SYNOVATE - Another good company, offering fair compensation anywhere from $0.50 to $5 per survey, however you will get about 1 survey offer a week. Of course like all survey's it also depends on you qualifying for the survey. With Synovate, their payout is 500pts= $5 US, and they will mail you a check in 6-8 weeks. This site will also send you products to review, after which you can do as you like with the products. Like freebies along with some cash? This site offers both. OPINION OUTPOST - This is another good site. It can be a little tougher to navigate, but it doesn't take too long to get the hang of. The most important thing to remember on this site- when you first register there are 10 survey's waiting for you. These survey's DO NOT pay, but are used to evaluate your demographic. Meaning if you don't complete these, you are less likely to get survey offers in your email! Their point scale is 10 pts= $1 us, and the average survey is between 10 and 100 pts..You need to aquire 50 points before you can request a cash out which will also be in the form of a check in about 6 weeks. There you have my top sites for surveys, While there are many more out there, I take few surveys due to my lack of keeping interest in them, so I have not looked much farther than these sites for quality surveys. Two I would recommend to avoid- Panda Research, they want you to complete offers in which you will have to give credit card info, and cancel during the trial period, and they will flood you with junk mail! The second is Spider Matrix. Not a bad site, but I have found it to be a waste of time as they only allow you to complete surveys posted in your country, and I have wasted more time logging in to find no surveys available than I have completing any.
Paid To Post or PTP Once you start researching websites to make money on, you will no doubt click on links to forums. We have all seen them, used them, and with out a doubt are members of one. They span every possible topic and interest. While these are something I am still learning about, when you get into the virtual world of making money online you will find some forums pay a cent or 2 for every post you make, and a touch more for every thread you start. So if you are going to be discussing a topic within a forum anyway, why not let your conversation make you some extra money? As my knowledge of these grow, and I start seeing which forums I use that are related to making money on line, I will post them here.My first choice to register for is the MMG (Money Maker Group). They are not a paid to post site, but the information I have found here is invaluable, and the members are outstanding! Informative and willing to help out with my questions, this group will make you feel at home right away!
Completing offers for pay As with everything else out there you will find people who have worked this to some degree of success and those who have failed miserably. I fall into category 3- Tried it, but it didn't feel right. It just didn't sit well with my ways of thinking. One big site for this is Project Pay day. You sign up, complete trial offers- some free, and some you have to pay for, then cancel before that trial period ends and you get charged for a product or service. Once you reach a certain point, you pick offers for which you get paid, and you pay someone else to complete them, thus becoming a middle man. To my simple mind this seems wrong, and although I have not researched the legal aspect of it I would bet that this practice is in a really gray area!
Paid To Click or PTC These are sites that offer you pennies to surf the web. They are advertising sites who get paid to put other companies websites in front of an audience. By signing up, you become an audience. It is very important that you read the details of how each site works. With these you can register for free and make .001 - .01 (yes up to a penny) a click (click on a website to view)up to a predetermined number of sites a day. Yes it is slow money, but they have options for better income. For example you can pay to upgrade your account to a "premium" account to get a better rate for clicking (viewing sites) and more sites per day. You can also get refferals, and benefit from their clicking as well. The more referrals, the more you benefit.. I tend to like these sites because I get to view numerous websites of all kinds, and it keeps my ADHD type brain more responsive- you know- "hey look something flashing" rather than just screen after screen of questions you get when taking surveys. These types of sites require your online banking accounts, so pay attention to which ones they will pay you with, and be sure you have one of them! There are a million of these sights running around, and some research is needed to be sure you actually get paid for clicking, and not just see a number on the screen that you will never get. I started very slowly with these as I was not willing to pay for an upgrade. Yes I want to say I started my online ventures with no capital input! I am spending my time rather than paycheck to build my online income, however at some point just like anything you have to put some money in to it. My upgrades are paid by the money I took weeks or months to build by the penny. While I am not saying it is the right thing for you, it is for me. It is up to you to decide how you handle your ventures. This list is PTC sites I use, and have found to be trust worthy and pay. These are not the only sites out there, and as I become comfortable with a site I will add it to my list. Click on the name of the site for a link to it.. Just remember to do some research on a site you find interest in before wasting a lot of time or money. You can type in google searches, or join forums about money making topics to learn more about any site. Use what other people have to say about a site to make your own evaluation if that site is right for you! Give some of these sites a try, it may be slow but I can tell you it will work to make some extra cash!
NEOBUX- Their site can be a bit confusing to start with, but after doing some exploring you can get comfortable. This site caters more to members who wish to pay something, allowing you to rent referrals to boost your income. I am still a standard member here, as I have not been with the site long. what I have found- they have very few complaints filed with them, and lots of people use them. Stable and with a good reputation- I like this one. ONBUX - Is a little more user friendly, easy navigation and creative new referral system. This is a site to invest some money into, give it about 6 weeks and you can have a steady $20 a day income from your referrals clicks. While it doesn't sound like much simple maths says that after 20 days you'll have $400. well more than your initial investment of about $130! In order to get direct referrals you must be a registered member for 30 days, and have 100 clicks (pages viewed). You then get a link you can add to a webpage, or a signature in your forums for people to click on to link to Onbux. When they click your link and register they are your direct referral I do like this site! CLIXSENSE Another site I really like. As with most, premium members make better earnings per click, and on referrals, But this site doesn't make you wait to get a direct referral link, so you can (even as a starndard member) boost your earning potential quicker. TENADSPLUS Standard members get 5 ads per day @ $.01 per ad. and immediate use of a direct referral link. I am still in the beginning stages with this site. . CLIXZING I am brand new to this one, but my research on them was sound, and as a "freebie" account the going rate is $.015 per click for 6 clicks a day. These are but a small drop in the bucket of PTC sites, I would encourage you to keep a pen and paper handy when clicking, a lot of other PTC sites advertise on each other. So as you wander through you will find many more you can research and possibly sign up for.
Auto Surf Sites Next on the PTC Chain is the auto surf sites. These are very similar to PTC's except they automatically rotate websites in a browser window. You can add your own website to the rotation, thus improving the visitors to your site, and with luck you get get people to click on a link or to and poof-you get referrals to some of the sites you are working. Auto surfs need research and planning if you intend on being a paying member to increase your profits and the number of times your website is in the advertising rotation. Some are nothing more than Ponzi Schemes, so knowing the difference is vital! AUTOHITSADDICTS - Simple to use, and very few frame breaking ads= more sites surfed with out effort. This site produces a lot of hits for my sites as well, as I turn my surfing credites over for advertising my own sites.- Surf as much as you want, I typical surf 100 pages a day to keep my credits up, and have yet to find the notice "You have surfed the maximum for today"message that a lot of sites have. tTHESURFINGPROFITS - Just started playing with this one, they seem to have a max daily surfing around 20 sites. So far not too impressed with them I have Been researching some bigger, and more popular sites that have affiliate sites- say a list of 10 or more traffic. Still digging into these to see how they tie together to produce more traffic. Once my research is complete, I will post my results on this page.
High Yeild Investment Programs or HYIP These are programs you pay to join, and make a set amount of interest over a set amount of time on your investment. Sounds simple enough, but these are very high risk! Very few are legitimate, and most are considered Ponzie Schemes. You can google that to find the details if you are not familiar, but in a nut shell a Ponzi Scheme is uses money from one investor to pay another. here is an example- A new HYIP starts today, 10 members join and place $100 each into the site with the promise of getting $150 back tomorrow. Day 2 arrives and 20 people sign up each putting $50 in expecting to get $75 on day 3. While the 10 from day 1 are with drawing their money. In short this scheme will only last as long as more new money comes in, than is being paid out. So if you are the first in the door and don't try to stay for huge profits, you may get your money, but last in the door, well....... enough said! If you are a high stakes gambler and can afford it, feel free. I however will place my money on something more stable . I would strongly recommend lots and lots of ongoing research should you chose this avenue, Some HYIP's are stable for a year or so, some don't make 10 days. One key to look at is the rate of interest vs the time to pay out. While not always true, a HYIP that is offering 2% interest over 20 days is more likely to last than a HYIP offering 150% (or more- yes they do exist) over mere hours . Watch out in this realm, you could go broke quick!
Money Cyclers Here is a way I found to make money that excited me. This area of money making is another that requires on going research, as some of these are Ponzi type schemes as well. Cyclers are sites that you register to become a part of, then pay for a product- such as an e-book, or advertising for your own web site. When you pay you get an entry in a matrix. You promote the sites product to others, and as they sign up their name goes in the matrix under you. You get paid a percentage of their payment as a reward for promoting the product. The matrix is basically a ladder- the faster you climb the ladder (called cycling) the quicker you make money. Once at the top of the ladder, you are pulled out of the matrix, and buy another product from the company to repeat the process. The sites are all about promoting and advertising. Sign up, get to work promoting the site everywhere with a link they give you that let's them know who each person signs up under. The more the merrier is the attitude here. While I have found a lot of sites that are scams, cyclers actually have a large following and some sites have been around for years! Some things to look for with these sites: You want to see a professional site, not something that looks like it was thrown together. Misspelled words, improper punctuation and grammar, etc often make for a suspect scam site. I rely on my forum friends a whole lot since I don't have much experience yet. If a site is discussed and the majority of the posts are positive and interested, I will give the site a look and see if it feels comfortable to me. On the other hand a site that is posted that doesn't get good responses, or is left hanging with no responses is one I will avoid and not even consider. Cyclers typically use only one payment processor (online bank) for their site, but there is no end to which one a program uses. It is a good idea to go to my Online Banking page and follow the links for each of the banks listed. The ones listed there are not only the ones I use, but the ones you will see most used in the money cycler world.Bellow are a list of links to the cyclers I am currently using: dailyprofitshare .com paid4zero.com onex
Useful Forums So far I am a member of only one forum. MMG (Money Makers Group). This site has been very good to me, lots of info, and the members are terrific! Very helpful and friendly, I felt at home right away. Since my time on line is limited due to a day job, I am sticking to just this forum for now. I don't want to be a member of 3 or 4 forums if I don't have the time to be active in them every day. My screen name on the web is boatdiver, if you see me in a forum please feel free to introduce yourself!
I hope you have found some of my information useful. As I said before, this is a work in progress. As I learn, I post it. These are only my view points from the experiences. I am sure some will consider my opinions to be wrong, but my research has proven to me each of us has to make our own way, not everyone has the same interests, abilities, or ways of doing things. There are many other ways to make money that I have not addressed, but will in the future! Below are some links I hope are useful. Good luck in your journey to making money from home!
