Introduction
No âmbito do projeto CLAP e durante os
três anos da sua implementação, foi
aplicado um inquérito aos alunos
participantes no projeto.
A recolha dos dados pretende dar uma
visão global do conhecimento dos alunos
sobre uma alimentação e vida saudável e
os seus hábitos e escolhas alimentares.
O inquérito é composto por 55 questões e
foi aplicado a 181 alunos, distribuídos
como consta na tabela.
A faixa etária dos alunos estabeleceu-se
entre os 12 e os 16 anos, distribuídos num
número semelhante de raparigas e
rapazes.

Knowledge about healthy food
escuro.
Knowledge about healthy food

• 20% of Portuguese and Swedish students still do not know how many pieces
of fruit and vegetables they should consume throughout the day, but only
10% of all students cannot recognize the healthiest food or drink.
• Throughout the project, Swedish and Portuguese students indicate that they
should eat more fiber-rich cereals. Polish students, on the other hand, have a
contrary knowledge, but all students started to consume more whole wheat
bread.
• Students in the three countries showed a slight reduction in their
consumption of 100% natural fruit juices and Portuguese students stand out
in their consumption of fruit at meals.
• Polish students stand out with about 80% ingesting vegetables at meal and
100% ingesting dark bread. About 60% and 70% of Swedish and Portuguese
students, respectively, consume whole wheat bread.
Knowledge about healthy food
• When they have to choose the healthiest food, Swedish students consider
grilled fish to be healthier than grilled meat, but Polish students consider the
opposite. Portuguese and Polish students consider eating cereal for breakfast
is healthier than eating eggs with bacon. In choosing the type of milk, there
is a balance between regular milk and lean milk.
• When choosing between ice cream and frozen yogurt, Polish students excel
in choosing ice cream while Portuguese and Swedish students opt for frozen
yogurt.
• Regarding the consumption of chips, Polish students stand out for
considering that they are healthier than salads, while on average 80% of
Swedish and Portuguese students consider salads to be healthier. When
compared to eating chips with baked potatoes, Polish students continue to
consider chips to be healthier.
• All students involved in the project consider that 100% natural fruit juices are
better for health.

magro.
