  2. 2. The aged require access to a range of services to help them maintain their wellbeing. <br />This may help them in <br />areas such as making <br />new friends, access <br />doctors and hospitals, <br />attend social events etc.<br />Access to Services<br />
  3. 3. The aged is more likely to catch diseases and illnesses so good health care is crucial.<br />Regular physical activity is important in maintaining good health, also healthy diets must be maintained. <br />Social health is important in maintaining high self esteem.<br />Health<br />
  4. 4. Due to decreasing mobility and strength, the ages may feel more insecure both in their home and outside the environment. <br />A home alarm and regular contact with family and friends can be helpful.<br />Security and saftey<br />
  5. 5. With many ages people now being retired, they may require financial support to maintain their lifestyle and pay bills, travel, go on social outings and meet their general needs.<br />Financial support<br />
  6. 6. A persons sense of identity<br />may decrease when they<br />are aged as many no <br />longer have the <br />responsibilities they once<br />had.
