My Blissful Profile With the diverse experience in managing and developing the different type of spa businesses either the unique large scale day spa up to award winning luxury resort spas throughout Thailand and South East Asia; this can guarantee the enthusiastic and innovative spa professional for implementing the comprehensive spa strategies to ensure the success of spa business operation. My vision in managing spas is leading the industry and focus on people development. My strategic management style is result oriented, flexible and emphasize on continuous improvement. With the background of strong hospitality experience range from deputy director of room division, general manager for pre-opening project and multi-properties spa operations manager in the region of South Asia, this qualification together with the master degree in business management major in hospitality management enhance my skills to be able to establish and originate the system to operate spas business in various challenging situations and crisis management.

My Career Path Position: General Manager, Sukko Spa ExecutiveFrom April 2004 – April 2006 Key Responsibilities of the Role: total 260 staffs Planned, developed and set up the 10,000 sqm. day spa operations in Phuket to be ready to open by reporting directly with owners. Key Achievement: Concept Development: I had created the new spa concept “Cultural Spa” by combining the strong cultural background of Thailand heritage with the traditional Thai medicine philosophy and promote this as “The World’s First Cultural Spa”. And expanded this concept to all service and product concept throughout company as the Kingdom of Wellness. Spa Business operation plan: I had prepared the business plan to present with the investors for get funding from the financial institution successfully. My Career Path Position: Operations Manager (Southern Asia), MSpa International Limited From July 2006 – December 2008 Key Responsibilities of the Role: 13 spas in Thailand, 3 spas in Maldives, 1 spa in Vietnam and 1 spa in India total 320 staffs Operations: Work with the Managing Director to provide supervision and line leadership to all spa operations within Southern Asia. Maintain close engagement with the individual spas to maximise revenues, control costs, and look after our people. Establish and maintain an effective control environment, both financial and operational aspect. Team Leadership and Management: Oversee the performance evaluation and professional development planning and career planning for all operational managers and staff within the geographic region. Availability of Talent:Work closely with the hotels and the Training centre to ensure that our Supply and Demand for therapists is balanced, and that we are producing people with the right skills at the right time to fulfil business strategy.

Revenue Growth in year 2008: I initiated the incentive scheme to motivate team in promoting more premium service with higher spend for each guest. And the result is: 74% growth for Elemis Treatment revenue | 20% growth for Spa Package revenue | 86% growth for Retail Revenue 766% growth for Series treatment revenue Spa Operations Tools Development and Implementation: To facilitate spa managers in working effectively, I created the reports and format for operational use which is very handy and effective to use: Spa Quality Audit Format: Pre treatment / Post treatment and Facilities Spa Rostering: To allocate therapists as business demand and could forecast the therapist efficiency Spa KPIs Measurement: The format for monthly tracking the achievement of each spa KPIs. Spa Management Training Development: To enhance the competency of spa managers in being able to manage spas in the competitive environment, I have initiated the exclusive training program for spa managers and train them with the following modules: Spa Rostering Management: How to allocate staffs efficiently to match with business demand Spa Profit & Loss Management: How to interpret the Profit & Loss statement and take actions properly Spa Quality Audit Management: How to maintain and audit spa operations as the company standard Spa Strategic Management: How to initiate the spa strategies in accomplishing the SMART objectives
