How to Make
Coffee Jelly
Ingredients--
Mr. Gulaman (White)
Nescafe (25 Grams)
Brown Sugar (1/4 kilo)
2 Milo (22 Grams)
2 Nestle All Purpose Cream
(250ml)
Kremdensada (410 ml)
5 Cream –O (30 Grams)
Procedures--
1. Add Mr. Gulaman mixture
into 5 cups of boiling water.
Stir it well.
2. Dissolve coffee in 1 cup of
hot water.
3. Pour the dissolved coffee
mixture into boiling water.
4. Add sugar.
5. Pour jelly mixture into
molding pan. Set aside.
6. Dissolve milo powder into
¼ cup of hot water.
7. Combine Kremdensada, All
Purpose Cream and dissolved
Milo mixture. Mix well.
8. Crush Cream-O Cookies
and add it into the mixing
bowl.
9. Cut gulaman into cubes
then add it to the mixture.
10. Top with crushed
cookies. Refrigerate.
11. Serve it cold.
