Pacific Life’s ITSM Environment

• Use data from several embedded management systems to augment CMDB data
rather than rely on a single source
• Take an iterative approach (show value, add features)
• Engage tool/ CI owners in the process (share in the responsibility)
• Develop a SACM policy and supporting procedures, integrate them with change and
incident management
