in 1975 the wars reaches a whole new level as pepsi starts the blind taste test results of which hampered sales of coca-cola
in the 1980s pepsi started making their own mistakes and high profile errors through their bran ambassadors which included MJ, David Bowie and Madonna
in 1990s syringes were found in cans of pepsi which ruined their image in the public eye, coke capitalized on this.
in 2000 pepsi shifted their focus to health products and hence bought Quaker oats,
by this time coke was number one and Pepsi number 2
in the late 2000s pepsico decided to fight back an their campaign "summer time is pepsi time" proved to be disastrous for them as the showed more of coke in thier ads
in 2011 pepsi officially lost second place to diet cola
