College graduates aren't all being prepared equally across the board. Institutions that have taught institutional thinking have left out a very important lesson: Brand building. More appropriately, building a personal brand and selling it online. In 2011, we live in the age of social. Employers can find us online and assess our value through social media and social networking platforms so we have to be proactive in controlling that content by creating custom content.
