Presently working with M/s LUMAX INDUSTRIES LTD. – Dharuhera as Sr. Manager – Production & PPC,
since Aug.2012. The company is ISO/TS-16949:2008, ISO-14001 certified & manufactures Head Lamps & Tail
Lamps for all major OEM’s Maruti Suzuki, Honda ,Toyota, GM, TATA Motors etc.
Responsibility:
• Overall responsibility of Production
• Ensure optimized planning of production for maximum usage of resources
• Overall responsibility of SAP implementation
• Managing store and dispatch activity.
• Overall inventory control through proper planning and SAP.
• Capacity planning for all shops for future requirements.
• Ensuring implementation of corrective action & follow up of improvement activity suggested in
CAPA report.
• Monitoring new product development & maintaining their related documents.
• Monitoring of in house rejection through process control & improvement
• Monitoring team KRA’s points through DWM (Daily Works Management) activity
• As an active member of CFT team, involvement in FMEA updation & Process improvement.
• Performing KAIZEN activity by utilization of waste reduction method & manufacturing method.
• Monitoring internal audit & 5-S observation & verifying their planned corrective actions.
• Monitoring & reviewing with analysis the monthly MIS data,
Major Improvements Through Wastage Reduction:
• Reduction of rejection & process by through process improvement .
• Inventory Anayalsis through Runner, repeater and stranger category
• Inventory Control in defined ITR for local, imported parts.
• Material handling improved by the introduction of VSM.
• Productivity improved by 25% through introduction of intermediate sub station for reducing
product takt time .

& FORD Q1 certified & manufactures Head Lamps & Tail Lamps for all major OEM’s Volks Wagen,
Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, GM, TATA Motors etc.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure optimized planning of production for maximum usage of resources
• Ensure effective ECN implementation and related system updation
• Ensure BOM verification and validation for production
• Ensure real time production booking in SAP as physical
• Maintain Bill of material of all and new parts
• Overall responsibility of SAP implementation
• Team leader for SAP PP module
• Managing store and dispatch activity.
• Overall inventory control through proper planning.
• Capacity planning for all shops for future requirements.
1) M/s Sun Vacuum Pvt .Ltd. Gurgaon from Apr’02 to Sep’04 (02 Years)as an Engineer (Maintenance). The
company is ISO/TS-16949:2002 certified & manufactures automobile parts and a major suppliers for
OEM’s such as Maruti Suzuki, GM, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibilities of maintenance
• Planning of preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance
• Root cause analysis of repeated failure and take corrective action to reduce breakdown time of
machines
• Spare parts planning to Control down time
• Responsible for giving training to workers on operating instruments, safety guidelines.

o Member of Tail Lamp project (2004-05) and Head Lamp project team(2009-10).

trail of these machines.
