Travel information• Foreigners need a Restricted Area Permit to visit the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.• A return ticket is a must for all foreigners before arrival.• Permits can be extended by 15 days in Port Blair, for a maximum single stay of 45 days• Indian nationals do not require a permit to visit the Andaman Islands.• It is advisable to book tickets and reserve hotels well in advance to ensure smooth trip.• Also advisable to carry suns-cream lotion , dry fruits, torch , medicine, etc.
