Tip:
For most practitioners, the best approach for setting up electronic files is to
mirror your existing (or former) paper system.
If your paper system included an accordian file with 5 subfolders labeled
“correspondence,” “file notes,” “discovery,” “pleadings,” and “research”
recreate those subfolders electronically.
