2.  Total supply and logistics solution for GRIDCO substation
Rehabilitation and Expansion projects as well as the construction of
substations across Ghana.
 Coordinating and supervising 3PL operation including import
processing, port clearing and transport of electrical equipment from
port to warehouse and warehouse to site.
 Supervise warehousing operations from space management, receiving
and inbound, storage, inventory management to outbound processing
and equipment dispatch

exemptions to ensure compliance with statutory laws, bye-laws,

and KIA to guarantee smooth project take-off.
 Verification and Processing of LSP invoices for payment.
 Recruiting and mentoring new logistics staff and organizing regular training
programs to keep them updated on the best practices of the industry
 Ensure that company EHS requirements are strictly adhered to and practiced
to the letter while at the same providing the necessary PPEs
 Produce reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
