down EHS policies.
Coordinate and monitor equipment distribution to project sites in Ghana,
Sierra Leone and Liberia ensuring that equipments are delivered at the right
place, right time and safely.
Liaise with various governmental organizations, departments and
agencies such as CEPS,NCA, GSB, DICs and others for permits and
exemptions to ensure compliance with statutory laws, bye-laws,
processes and procedures concerning the logistical needs of the
company
Liaise with the various Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure
timely and efficient processing and clearance from the port of Tema
and KIA to guarantee smooth project take-off.
Verification and Processing of LSP invoices for payment.
Recruiting and mentoring new logistics staff and organizing regular training
programs to keep them updated on the best practices of the industry
Ensure that company EHS requirements are strictly adhered to and practiced
to the letter while at the same providing the necessary PPEs
Produce reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
