- About I am a 31 year old football coach who originates from, and currently lives on, the Isle of Man. I am a firm believer in the importance of developing the person, not just the athlete, and as a result take time to prepare every session I deliver, within a long-term framework of development. I also consider reflective practice to be a key tool in aiding professional progression and ensuring that every day leads to personal development.
