  2. 2. How it works Solar energy reflects off of reflective surface to heat up or cook a certain object.
  3. 3. Parabolic Solar Cooker A parabolic solar cooker is a the same as any solar cooker but it is configured in a parabola shape. And focuses the solar energy into a concentrated area
  4. 4. Our Data Our highest temperature on our solar cooker is 290 degrees. The outside temperature was fairly sunny.
  5. 5. How Did We Create Our Solar CookerWe created our solar cooker with cardboard, mylar,hot glue, bolts, nuts, and a copper tube. We cut outand glued and bolted everything until we got oursolar cooker.
  6. 6. More AffectiveWe could have made our solar cooker more affective byspending more time making the mylar better on it.
  7. 7. Why Would You Want To Create OneYou would want to create one because it saves energy and power.It isalso better for the world.
  8. 8. Personal ExperienceMy personal experience is that if you grab the tube you couldburn your hand. It was also fun to make and a good experience.
