  2. 2. Goal StatementCoaching is increasingly being recognized asimportant in development.It is acknowledged by many in the field of educationin response to the basic training in integratingtechnology to become active and effective inteaching.

Goal StatementThis will be resulting to an individual plan forprofessional development on different learning areasusing 21st century skills.On this regard, accomplishment would rather beachieved thru working hand in hand, cooperative andcollaborative to become proficient Global FilipinoTeachers.

Goal StatementCogon High School Evening Class is a model nighthigh school with an upgraded physical facilities andcompe-tent teachers producing morallyupright, skillful citizens and servant leaders of thecommunity.Aims to provide quality education and life skills toself-employed and working students with emphasisin values formation through acurriculum, academically skillful teachers, andsupportive stakeholders.

Goal StatementThis program focus on enhancement, developmentand progression enable to adapt change whereincapacity in using modern technique become morefunctional and useful especially in their performancebased activities inside and out of the classroom as wellas for the students to acquire the consistent andessential information that promotes higher orderthinking skills through the use of ICT tools.

Goal StatementStudents from Grade 7 and second to fourth yearlevel will fully develop their participation, functionalityby doing projects using ICT-integration known asProject Based Learning in order for them to accept anew challenge, a journey to live life to the fullest asresponsible citizen with the help of the stakeholdersof the community.
  7. 7. Goal StatementThe realization of this program will starts on Januaryup to July 2013 after the planning and finalcommunication to the higher authority. One monthwill be given to coaches (Proficient GFT Teachers)for the preparation for training and the rest of theperiod will be utilize for the operation.
  8. 8. Goal StatementOnline collaboration/communication thru Facebookgroup or other means of communication after classhours or during vacant periods for inquiries andfollow-ups will be observe. This will be scheduledevery Saturday from 8:00 to 11:00 and o’clock(depending on the availability of the teachersinvolved. Since Cogon High School is an eveningclass the schedule will not be interrupted.
  9. 9. Measuring ProgressIn monitoring and supervising for the progress ofthe program, all the trainees must be check for theavaila-bility of their time in attending the peercoaching session parting about the ICT-integration.
  10. 10. Measuring ProgressSo that everybody will completely learn the new ICTtools on how to apply in every subject taught. TheProject Base Learning implementation with theinvolvement in the community and othercollaborative and cooperative strategies in theirprojects both the teachers and students and thestakeholders will be taken.
  11. 11. Measuring ProgressCall a special meeting for the initial reports to be presented bythe documentation of the activities intact in CD’s or USB. Hardcopies of ICT-integrated learning activities be measured on21st century and presented in a portfolio type. On the otherhand, Soft copy will be will be uploaded at a PIL site to beshared to other teachers in the neighboring areas and the restof the Department of Education, Tagbilaran City SchoolsDivision hopefully.

Measuring ProgressAs regular monitoring is concern, proper coordination of theprincipal/school head must be always connected so that follow-ups will be directly incapacitated in every second and an hour.To stay away from any trouble/problems make sure that theaction taken must be permitted from the Schools DivisionSuperintendent as legal bases or an agreement for anypresentation they made outside and inside the premises of theschool enable to look into the progress of the program.

Since Cogon High School is an eveningclass the schedule will not be interrupted.
