be kind to other
people.

7. Pray for your
enemies. God
can change
them.

8. Sit in silence for at
least 10 minutes
each day and think
what nice has
happened that day.

10. Take your time
with your friends
and family.

11. Spend more time with people who are
optimistic.

12. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

13. Forgive
everyone for
everything.

14. Peace, love and joy should dominate
your life.

15. Do not think too much
of your future.
Today is important.

16. Tidy up your past, so it won't mess up the present.
