Progress Over Perfection: Launching & Leading A Social Media Practice

Social media has quickly evolved from a thermometer to a thermostat. No longer is it simply a marketing tactic that reacts to consumer and business stimuli, it now sets the pace for how brands connect with consumers. While content, community and technology remain vital, social business leaders must now manage these critical components while also looking at the bigger, sometimes blurry, picture. Having successfully launched an enterprise-wide social program and now leading Social and Mobile at Intuit, Adrian will share his guiding principles for making progress in a social world.
