Right  #  3   Ê  Right  Dose   Ê  Check  the  order.   Ê  Confirm  appropriateness  of  the  dose  using  a  current  drug   reference.   Ê  If  necessary,  calculate  the  dose  and  have  another  nurse   calculate  the  dose  as  well.   Ê  ALWAYS  PREPARE  1  MEDICATION  AT  A  TIME
