Matagal ng kaming nakikipaglaban sa profriends sa turn over ng amin subdivision pero dinadaan kami sa delaying tactics. kesyo daming inaayos, tapos ang gulo ng accounting nila ng pera ng HOA namin. pinaghalohalo nila sa fund ng isang subdivision. dagdag pa dyan amenities na dati nilang pinangako ayon nilagay sa ibang phase at sinasabing iyon n daw ang amenities namin, ang gulo diba, pero nung nagbebenta sila talaga todo tutok sayo pero after na nakabili kayo sorry pahirapan ng kausap, kahit engineering nila, ang tagal ng response time.
