How can I use it with my class?

Screencast are relatively easy to do and very beneficial for educators. It’s a quick and easy way to impart information on many different subjects. Screencasts are another means to integrate technology into the curriculum, not to mention the fact that it appeals to the audio and visual learner. They can be used for small group or independent assignments, homebound students, or prepared to use on a day you know you will be out. Young students will be amazed that the teacher is still doing the teaching even when a substitute is in the room! Older students can watch them at their own convenience or create their own to explain a concept. Teachers can access a library of screencasts to find one that addresses the concept they are teaching.
