The modern marketer has a lot of challenges. This is why the marketer tries to learn as much as they can. By reading books, learning online, going to training sessions and attending conferences.
When they return from the conference is when the hard part starts. How to implement what you've learned? Often you don't remember the right things. Your boss doesn't help you, or your colleagues have no idea what you are talking about.
