HOW CAN YOU AVOID INTERNAL OPPONENTS? <ul><li>Do not imagine the people you are working with as opponents, but rather look at them asteam members. </li></ul><ul><li>Externalize the opponent. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that you are playing by your company’s rules and are always seen as part of the team. </li></ul><ul><li>If you are not, you will find very quickly that the team is against you. </li></ul>

WHAT DOES A STABLE EMPLOYEE DO? <ul><li>Joins teams, instead of “get jobs” </li></ul><ul><li>Their presence brings positivity to the organization </li></ul><ul><li>Positive team members don’t speak negatively of others, they remain neutral. </li></ul><ul><li>NEGATIVE PEOPLE ARE CANCERS TO COMPANIES AND CAN CAUSE THEM TO FAIL! </li></ul>
