There Is An Easy, Nearly Fail Safe, Method To Evaluating Companies, People, And Groups ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
It Is Similar With Companies ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
If You Follow This Piece Of Advice, It Will Never Lead You Astray A while back, I was doing some business negotiations with a man worth hundreds of millions of dollars. However, all of his advisors had only been with him for anywhere from a few weeks to less than a year. This is an immediate cause for concern.
When People Are Constantly Surrounded by New People, They Are Certainly Doing Something To Drive People Away One of my relatives growing up would have a new best friend every six months. After six months, there would be some sort of disagreement, and the friendship would end badly.
If You Enter A Company Where All Of The Employees Are New, Then Your Thought Process Might Go Something Like This: Where did all the employees go? Why is this person surrounded by all new and not old friends? What kind of disagreements have led to this person not inspiring loyalty from the people around them? Is this person’s reaction to any disagreement simply to fire people? What is going on here? What would this mean for my business?
I Had A “Friend” Some Years Back Who Was An Extremely Successful Businessman However, he told me that I was his only friend.  He had sued and been sued a lot over the years, and many people involved in the lawsuits were people close to him. I should have known something was wrong.
A Short Time Later, This Person Betrayed Me In Business, Brutally and Dishonestly. Though it seemed bizarre, I had ignored the warning signs. There was a reason he had been involved in so many lawsuits.
Donald Trump Might Not Be The Most Popular Man Around, But He Has Had Many People Stand By Him For Decades ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
Many Companies Have A Moment Where They Appear As Though They Are The Next Big Thing However, they are only a “flash in the pan.” They may attract great employees, they may pay more, but the odds of that company maintaining longevity are very slim.
Most companies fail pretty quickly and almost all of them are gone within five years.
Established Companies Have To Make Various Adjustments Over A Long Period Of Time To Please The Market In your job search, remember: Long term results are more important than what looks good now!
