Area of Study: The adaptivere-use of Heritage Buildings- Considered the adaptation of the former Royal Naval College in Greenwich by Trinity Laban School of Music- Advanced a real estate investment model by Nutt and Sears and developed the model to consider adaptation cost vs utility in investment decision making- Juxtaposed model with operational costs and compromises to evaluate investment decision making process
