The biggest challenge to marketing strategy today is technology. So often marketing programs are tailored to fit technical capabilities and strategy is defined by the needs of our marketing platform. Where I’ve been successful is in delivering CRM plans that work based on delivering an integrated plan from customer contact strategy to servicing the customer across all sales and marketing touch points.
