  3. 3. Secondary special school seniors• Kvinnersta Natural resourse program• Tulläng Vehicle program• Virginska Hotel and Restaurant program The participants join in when they become seniors and the year after. We have also decide to support them as long as the project exist.
  4. 4. GOALS• Get a job• Keep a job• Motivate the employers• Understand the terms of work• Increase understanding at theworkplace• Make the workplace available andequal.

Increase the social support• Make the workplace available• Edjucate the employers about our participants• Possibility to take the step from school to work Increase the compentens of the participants• Long term support• Learn about the rules a,s,o on the workplace.• Support with authoritycontact,doctors,help with applications.
