Omelette

  1. 1. To make two omelettes for 4 people: • 1kg of potatoes • 1 big onion • 8 eggs • Extra virgin olive oil (half a litre ) • Salt
  2. 2. 1. Peel the potatoes and the onion 2. Dice the onion into very small pieces and put it in a large pot with a lot of oil. 3. Chop the potatoes into slices in a pot. 4. Fry everything on medium heat, removing from the hob from time to time, until the potatoes are fully cooked and golden brown. 5. Prepare a bowl, add the eight eggs and beat them. 6. Then add the chopped potatoes and onions.
  3. 3. 7. Coat a frying pan with a little oil. 8. Cook the egg mixture. 9. Turn the omelette so that it is browned on both sides and serve hot. You can eat it now!
