  2. 2. Level of study and Time<br />Level of students: primary school students (standard 1)<br />Number of students : 30<br />Time : 10-11 am<br />Place : classroom<br />
  3. 3. General Objective<br />Introduce different sounds<br />Help students to differentiate between vowel and consonant sound<br />Help students in uttering sounds<br />Make learning as a fun and enjoying session<br />
  4. 4. Teaching Aids<br /> Both sites below help students to read by listening the pronunciation and later own they try to rearrange the sentences into the correct form. <br />learning to read<br />Online games for rearranging sentences<br />
  5. 5. Procedure<br />Step 1: teacher explain to students that they will learn English pronunciation 2 minutes<br />Step 2: teacher will provide headphones to each students to enable them to hear the pronunciation 3 minutes<br />
  6. 6. Step 3: teacher will open the first site to familiarize students with the alphabets (5 minutes)<br />Step 4: students will hear the pronunciation of each words (10 minutes)<br />Step 5: they try to utter those words while listening (10 minutes)<br />

  9. 9. Step 6: teacher will ask students to move to their PC for next activity<br />Step 7: teacher will open another site where students need to rearrange words based on what they hear (20 minutes)<br />

  11. 11. Evaluation<br />Students have to work individually and teacher will observe their performance (5 minutes)<br />Students who can utter and rearrange the words correctly will have rewards (chocolates)<br />At the end of class, teacher will ask them what they have learn (5 minutes)<br />
