Without domain, a professional allows himself to change & change again with inconceivable rapidity towards visionless existence. Now is time for her to create a brand before the organisation does it for her. For a professional the sky (Domain Space) is the ‘truth’; it is visible from any mountain top (Organization). He is told to perform certain rituals to gather knowledge. He suppresses desires, control thoughts, sublimate passions, limit appetites.  In the long run, he possesses a broken mind denied the beauty of the outer world; he seeks according to distortions of his memories. Understand self is the beginning of wisdom.  There is progress in technology. But, structurally the society remains the same.  Traditional mind is a local entity living in a particular corner of a vast field and it remains unrelated to the whole. He is spoon-fed by authorities and gradually considers the organization as his saviors. HE FEELS SAFE IN THE CUSTODY OF AN ORGANIZATION AXELL – Asset Excellence Model
