Withinthat organization he embedded two eternalvalues: Lakshmi (Goddess of Wealth)and Saraswati (Goddess ofKnowledge). The job of theCEO is to create more money and the job of theCFO is to retain and invest that money. Bothrequire knowledge in their respective functions.© Enlightened Leadership7

AndSaraswati started showing that she is greater than Lakshmi.● Lakshmi was needed for growth and prosperity.Saraswati was needed for knowledge and harmony.Vishnu could retain both of them saying thatwith knowledge one can read and write. Butwithout money one can not buy the tools ofknowledge like books and pen required to gainthat knowledge.8© Enlightened Leadership

Weare all exchanging values.● What is a value? Customer perceives the value.Markets determine the price and we only add cost.Competition? Only wrong values fightthe right values. Dont say “India Made”.● Even China and other countries are fastapproaching the services market.● India already lost the ground for manufacturing.● Reality bites.
