Never try to fit more than one paragraph (3 sentences) on one slide!
 4. 4. How to add a background:

Left click on any white space of the slide.

Click on “background.”

Click on drop-down menu.

Select “fill effects.”

Choose from tabs to select multicolor backgrouds, texture, pattern or a picture.

Select “ok” and “apply.”

Note: When it comes to backgrounds: Less is more! Solid, Light, and non-”busy” backgrounds will make your text “pop” out of the slide. This? This? Which can you see better?

(For this activity we will NOT pre-time our slides. One of your group members will have to manually click the slides.

Note: It is best to choose 1 transition and stick with it! Don’t make your audience dizzy with slides flying everywhere!
