It's not easy to align your teams around a common lexicon, especially if there is ambiguity around common terms. To put things in a system context, which I recommend doing, I've made a bit of a Rosetta Stone for reconciling the salesforce Sales Cloud object terminology and Pardot and Sirius decisions nomenclature.
