The Team Process Questionnaire™, or TPQ System, has 3 versions, serving 3 types of teams:
- Action learning teams (ALTPQ)
- Global teams (GTPQ)
- Domestic teams (OTPQ)
The data collected by the TPQ system allows clients to measure team successes and challenges. It also allows clients to compare their teams across time, and compare their teams to similar teams and highly successful teams.
The TPQ measures a variety of aspects, including role clarity,
communications, trust, goal clarity, conflict resolution, external support etc.
The TPQ System can be customized, allowing clients to add additional questions to the system.
