Twist Consulting Group has hosted its Global Resource Team and a number of key clients to envision the workplace of the future.
ITAP International along with the other participants discussed the partners' unique value proposition to clients, which includes expertise in helping organizations succeed across borders (e.g. language, geography, business division and culture).
Some clients are benefiting from the Global Resource Team's affiliation with Geert Hofstede, choosing to assess the cultural values that inform the behavior of their organization, teams and individual managers and employees. The workplace of the future requires managers and employees with a well-developed cultural competency.
