HISTORY 3 Wheatgrass is a nutritious food which is prepared from the common wheat plant. The first experiment on Wheat grass was conducted in 1930 by Charles F Schnabel on young grasses. And the first time this experiment was attempt on dying hens which not only recovered, but they produced eggs at a higher rate than healthy hens. 30-01-2013

CULTIVATION 4 The chemist’s first research was conducted on wheat grass in Kansas (U.S.A). This grass requires slow growth of about 200 days when the grass is grown outdoors. Wheatgrass which is grown outdoors is harvested and dehydrated at low temperature to produce in tablet and powder form. 30-01-2013
