– APM’s Enabling Change Specific Interest Group (SIG) has been
collecting information on a range of methodologies and standards
available to support its members in improving their change
capability.
– One of the ways in which we are doing this, is by collaborating with
external organisations, such as the Change Management Institute
(CMI).
– This webinar will enable delegates to find out about the CMI’s
competency framework, and assess if and how this is something
that could help them, their teams and their organisations develop
their change capability.

Melanie Franklin has been responsible for the successful delivery of
effective change and for creating environments that support
transformational change for over twenty years. Her clients include the
European Medicines Agency, Saudi Electricity Company, Swansea
University and UK Parliament.
She is the co-chair of the Change Management Institute in the UK
and is a ‘Master’ level change practitioner. Melanie is the author of
many books on change and project management including Managing
Business Transformation and Agile Change Management.
