Our theme for today and how we will explore it.. – APM’s Enabling Change Specific Interest Group (SIG) has been collecting information on a range of methodologies and standards available to support its members in improving their change capability. – One of the ways in which we are doing this, is by collaborating with external organisations, such as the Change Management Institute (CMI). – This webinar will enable delegates to find out about the CMI’s competency framework, and assess if and how this is something that could help them, their teams and their organisations develop their change capability.

Her clients include the European Medicines Agency, Saudi Electricity Company, Swansea University and UK Parliament. She is the co-chair of the Change Management Institute in the UK and is a ‘Master’ level change practitioner.
