  4. 4. When is this holiday? ANZAC Day is on 25 of April, but if the 25 is on Sunday,this holiday is celebrated on Monday.
  5. 5. How is this holiday celebrated? During this holiday, there are meetings of veterans andpeople can play «two-up», an Australian gamble,because ANZAC’s soldiers played it
  6. 6. Football and rugby matches! In Australia, a week before ANZAC Day, there are a lotof football and rugby matches. A medal is given to thefootball player who represents this holiday.
  7. 7. Lest we forget ANZAC Day’s got a symbol too: poppies. These flowersare the symbol of this holiday because they’re red likethe soldier’s blood who died during the wars.
