While considering agni here constitutes 13 types where jataragni, dhatwagni and bhoothagni where the had imptance in maintanance of health and disesase.vishamagni tikshnagni and mandagni constitutes vata,pitta and kapha and equillibrium of 3 constitutes sama agni

Pitta is agneya and arthava is agneya hence from the above sloka pachakagni will do paka on rasadi dhathus and give rise to arthava.now a days in opd most of the pts are comming with arthava kshaya vandyatwa etc where we can find involvement of agni
Rasajashchayam garbha, as achaya mentioned ahara consumed by a pregnant lady do poshana to own body, stanya vriddi and garbah vriddi
Agnisha sarva dhathunam varna prabhavaha.
Pittam &arthavam is agneya in nature.as it ismentioned rasad eva streenam raktam we can consider that soumya rasa undergoes agneya arthav due to the process of paka karma.if we correlate this clinically most of the symptoms presented by patients we can consider arthava khaya,vriddhi asrigdhara etc which involve agni as a factor for paka.
In the above slide i menioned that for normal arthava pravarthi pachakagni is responsible so whenever agni dusti is there results in arthava dusti and uttarotthara dhathwagni mandya results in various gynaecological probems like garbasaya gatha mamsa sopha.and asociated dhathu dusti results in pcos .
