  3. 3. 3 Key- q u a l i f i c a t i o n s Key qualifications are competencies, skills and capabilities that are not related in an immediate and limited way to certain disparate practical activities. The term Schlüsselqualifikationen (key qualifications) was first used in Germany by educational researchers in the early 1970s, The term includes elements of dynamic development, rationality, humanity, creativity and flexibility.

  5. 5. 5 Social authority- Knowledge, talents and abilities, which enable to act in the relations with humans situation-adequately • Able to communicateness • Capable of cooperationness • Conflict ability • Projecting ability
  6. 6. 6 Methodauthority - Knowledge, talents and abilities, which make it possible to master tasks and problems by making the selection, planning and conversion possible of meaningful solution strategies • Analysis ability • Creativity • Learning readiness • Think in connections • Abstract and interlaced thinking

  10. 10. 10 Wh a t are"Soft Skills" Soft skills are personal attributes that enhance an individual's interactions . Also these skills define a person's ability to interact successfully with those who are around them.

  14. 14. 14 • Good communication -- Public speaking, presentations, and contributing to debates and meetings can help you to get used to discussing your own ideas. • Organization -- Take a look at your personal, academic and work life. Get things done in order. This will reduce out workload and also we can save time. • Flexibility -- Challenge yourself to take on something new. Don't resist the change, but make the best of it.   17. 17. 18 Wh a t are "HardSkills" Hard skills are technical skills. Hard skills are specific, technical abilities that are based in fact. Like (1) writing programs for computers (2) preparing a balance sheet (3) working on a particular machine for a particular process in a manufacturing workshop, (4) dealing with especial softwares & etc. In fact it the knowledge that we get from University , School.
  18. 18. 19 Having a proper balance of hard and soft skills is away to stay in the playing field when competing against hundreds of other applicants in a tight job market.
