will complete 2 week log
• Log will include observations about
diet, behavior, language
• Parents will write essay on their own
strengths and weaknesses and their
goals for their child

• Balance carries over from month to month and families have the obligation to make

• All products/services can be purchased at their listed price individually without going
through entire 12-month program
