10. FAQ’S
The participants are not all yoga instructors. Some beginners will be there. Will there be a need to change the
modules according to their experience level
Our courses are designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners so it should not be a problem for you to enroll
into our Teacher’s Training Course. The teachers will work on the areas where students are weak and give personal
attention to develop on those skills.
Will there be a class on Ayurveda
Yes. 10-15 hours of Ayurveda sessions are a part of the Teacher Training Course. There will also be private consultations
and treatment options.
The participants would like to be part of local culture, such as prayer at temples etc.
We have field trips to temples and ashrams in Mysore. We arrange weekend retreats to temples. Please refer the images
attached.

What is the colour of the attire ? Is it white , orange or any colour will do.
There is no dress code & it is acceptable to wear comfortable clothes which are not too revealing for any day.
Are the rooms all based On Twin sharing or optional for individual room.

Yes. Wifi is available in the school and all accommodations. Computer with internet is available in the office to use.
