(7 tablespoons) creme patissiere (vanilla flavored custard fillingfor pastries and cakes), raspberry sauce
  4. 4. Preparation Instructions:Mix the almonds, sugar, flour, and eggs, creating dough. Spread this dough as thinas possible in a cake form. Bake it in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes.Meanwhile, mix the creme patissiere with an equal amount of cream. Place thealmond cake in the middle of a plate. Pour the cream on one side of the cake. Topwith red fruits. For decoration, add some mint leaves, raspberry sauce, andberries. You may serve the rest of the cream in a gravy bowl. In another bowl,serve the rest of the raspberry sauce.White peach rosace with vanilla ice-cream, raspberry sauce and basilEverybody loves ice cream and is a popular dessert or snack with adults and kidsalike. Add lemon juice and refrigerate. Peel the peaches and cut them inquarters. Refrigerate in a compote dish. (If you prepare them ahead of time,squeeze a little lemon juice on them so they don’t brown.) Presentation: Arrangethe peach quarters in the form of petals, inside a concave dish. Pour the raspberryjuice over the peach slices. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle and abasil leaf on top of this. Cut the remaining basil leaves, following their length, intothin long slices and use as garnish.

It is served chilled yet glistenswith a crisp caramelized sugar top, which when tapped with the back of a dessertspoon, shatters like glass, revealing that cool, vanilla-infused custard hiddenbelow. This is a very easy no fail Creme Brulee recipe! Its so rich and creamyeveryone will think you are a professional cook! Just dont tell them how easy it is.Servings: 4Preparation Time: 25 minutesCooking Time: 25 minutesRecommended Wine: MauryIngredients:3 1/2 oz. strawberries, 1.8 oz. raspberries, 0.88 oz. black currants, 0.88 oz. redcurrants, 0.88 oz. blueberries, 6 eggs, 0.35 lbs. sugar, 0.46 lbs. cream, ½ vanillapod, brown sugar
  7. 7. Preparation Instructions:Separate the egg yolks and whites. Blanch the yolks with sugar. Boil the creamwith the vanilla. Pour this mixture over the yolks. Place on low heat until themixture becomes thick. Divide the mixture into 4 small cups.
