If so, simply replace refined white sugar with a natural sweetener.Note that healthier sugars like brown sugar, raw sugar, molasses and even honeyare still high-glycemic though they contain considerably more nutrients that whitesugar.   4. 4. Preparation Instructions:Mix the almonds, sugar, flour, and eggs, creating dough. Spread this dough as thinas possible in a cake form. Bake it in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes.Meanwhile, mix the creme patissiere with an equal amount of cream. Place thealmond cake in the middle of a plate. Pour the cream on one side of the cake. Topwith red fruits. For decoration, add some mint leaves, raspberry sauce, andberries. You may serve the rest of the cream in a gravy bowl. Add lemon juice and refrigerate. Peel the peaches and cut them inquarters. Refrigerate in a compote dish. (If you prepare them ahead of time,squeeze a little lemon juice on them so they don’t brown.) Presentation: Arrangethe peach quarters in the form of petals, inside a concave dish. Pour the raspberryjuice over the peach slices. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle and abasil leaf on top of this. Cut the remaining basil leaves, following their length, intothin long slices and use as garnish.

This is a very easy no fail Creme Brulee recipe! Its so rich and creamyeveryone will think you are a professional cook!   7. 7. Preparation Instructions:Separate the egg yolks and whites. Blanch the yolks with sugar. Boil the creamwith the vanilla. Pour this mixture over the yolks. Place on low heat until themixture becomes thick. Divide the mixture into 4 small cups.
