  3. 3. WHAT IS NXT ROBOTICS ?Lego Mindstorms NXT is a programmable robotics kit releasedby LEGO in late July 2006. It replaced the first-generation LegoMindstorms kit, which was called the Robotics Invention System. Thebase kit ships in two versions: the Retail Version (set #8527) and theEducation Base Set (set #9797). It comes with the NXT-G programmingsoftware, but a variety of unofficial languages exist, such as NXC, NBC,leJOS NXJ, and RobotC. A new version of the set, the new LEGOMindstorm NXT 2.o, was released on August 1, 2009, featuring a colorsensor and other upgraded capabilities.

  6. 6. PRE SCHOOL ROBOTICS PROGRAMLEGO Education Early Learning products provide structured learningopportunities to help the youngest students explore their world. Createmeaningful hands-on experiences with DUPLO® bricks, Play Themes, andsets for early literacy and numeracy.
  7. 7. ELEMENTARY ROBOTICS PROGRAMDesigned for the elementary learner, WeDo Robotics is a cross-curricular set and series of theme-based activities. With WeDo, yourclass can build animals, soccer players and more, then add movementwith fun, drag and drop software. Complete lesson plans for science, math, literacy and social studies make it easy to get started writingstories, solving problems, and creating innovative projects.
  8. 8. MIDDLE SCHOOL ROBOTICS PROGRAMLEGO® MINDSTORMS® NXT™ Education helps classroom teachers bring thefun of robotics into middle school and high school classrooms. With LEGOMINDSTORMS Education, you convert your classroom into a hands-onrobotics laboratory! Your students will model real-life mechanisms and usecreativity, logic, and problem-solving skills while learning key STEM concepts.
  9. 9. HIGH SCHOOL ROBOTICS PROGRAMLEGO Smart students in high school are our future scientists, engineers, teachers and citizens. LEGO Education solutions allow students to exploretheir talents and to work hands-on to master STEM subjects throughpractical experience so they can build experience to contribute to a futurebetter world.
