    6. 6. Step One The subject matter expert (SME) will submit a ticket to the iTech help desk requesting a sandbox course in Blackboard for the online course.2/27/2013 Final Version 6
    7. 7.  Each CBA online undergraduate course will need a sandbox course in Blackboard.  All sandbox requests must come from the SME. Submit an iTech help desk ticket at www.tamuk.edu/itech/help_deskCompleting  CBA ID’s will not have access to Step One your Blackboard course sandbox. If you feel that you will need the assistance of an ID with migrating your course materials, the SME must send a request to Michelle Duran michelle.duran@tamuk.edu requesting the ID be granted such access.     9. 9. Step Two The SME will complete an instructional design session with an ID prior to migrating course materials to Blackboard.2/27/2013 Final Version 9
    10. 10.  The instructional design session will provide the SME with pedagogic information related to Blackboard and technical support information needed to complete the migration of the course toCompleting Blackboard. Both bring their expertise to the table – the SMEs, their content knowledge; instructional designers, their learning and technical experience. Your access to BizLearn will end on Sunday, May 19, 2013.  It is HIGHLY recommended that you begin downloading course materials to your personal computer as soon as possible.  Hold onto your content until your fall Blackboard course becomes available.  See instructions and short videos posted on tamuk-cba- id.blogspot.com for assistance with downloading your materials from BizLearn.Final Version 2/27/2013
